From June 1st to 30th, on board the Frecciarossa, Frecciargento and Frecciabianca trains, you can consume “The Celebrity Chef’s Dishes”. Whose is the signature? It’s Chef Carlo Cracco’s, whose exclusive creations will be prepared with our PDO Buffalo Mozzarella from Campania.

The Principe Dairy Company has long been the official supplier of Campania’s PDO Buffalo Mozzarella for Itinere and Le Frecce trains. On this occasion, however, you will be given the opportunity to purchase some of our excellent products from Campania directly on board the train and transport it in a convenient and practical thermal bag that will preserve its freshness and goodness.

Customers will also be honored with a recipe book specially made for them illustrating different dishes based on PDO Campania Buffalo Mozzarella.
